Keto Mousse is a heavenly pudding dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The texture of this keto mousse low carb pudding is like a cloud of frosting because it is so light and fluffy. But only it is less sweet and more even more fluffy. Best of all this “keto mousse” is SO easy, and you can use any flavor of pudding. Keto Chocolate Mousse is my favorite, but they're all good!

Keto mousse is so rich and dreamy. Just a small tablespoon is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth but no guilt necessary.

Try a variety of flavors too! Including lemon, chocolate, vanilla, and butterscotch. Because once you have one you'll want to try them all.

Lemon mousse is really great. So is the Keto Chocolate Mousse. Especially if you make it fancy with a little mint or raspberries on top.

Low Carb Keto Mousse Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Sugar-Free Jell-O Instant Pudding (any flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS for Keto Mousse

  1. First, make the instant pudding according to the package directions, except substitute heavy whipping cream for the milk because this is where the texture and high-fat content comes into play to make the Keto mouse.

  1. Second, use a hand mixer to combine the two> then place the mixture in the fridge for a few minutes to thicken it up a bit. Next, continue using your hand mixer until you get the consistency you like. Due to the whipping cream, it gets super thick and fluffy! Finally, enjoy this treat nice and cold. Because it lasts a few days you can keep it on hand in the refrigerator. So then you can have some whenever you want.

TIPS to Making Keto Mousse

  • You can also use regular Jell-O Instant Pudding especially if you're not watching your sugar intake. So then that would make it a pudding mousse.
  • For a lighter version that's still much fluffierthan regular pudding, try using half whipping cream and half milk.
  • Try freezing it! Because it makes an amazing sugar free ice-cream like dessert.
  • Put it in a pie crust or use it in a layered dessert so you can serve it out to friends and family.
  • Another option is to top it with fruit (raspberries are so good with the lemon flavor!)
