Turn off the burner. Get a bowl and a strainer on it. Then, add the blueberry mixture to the strainer. With a wooden or silicone spatula, press the blueberries down to strain out the liquid and juices from the blueberries. At this point, you will have a thin liquid syrup.

When you are ready to serve, slice the lemons into ¼-inch slices. Add some ice to the cup. Then, add one lemon sliced to the rim. Add 6 oz. of blueberry iced tea and enjoy.
