How to register an AT&T account online? ›

Check both ends of the HDMI or AV cables to ensure they are properly connected. You can also try unplugging and reseating the cables to ensure a secure connection. Restart your Uverse receiver: Unplug the power cord from your Uverse receiver and wait for about 30 seconds.

How do I log into my U-Verse account? ›

Log in to att.com/uversecentral, then enter your AT&T U-verse member ID (email address) and password you've always used to manage your AT&T U-verse account. *REMEMBER: Only Primary Members can view or pay the bill, change the contact phone number or email address, etc.

Confirm that the Power, Broadband, and Service lights on your gateway are green. If your lights aren't green, your gateway may have signal issues or other problems. To reboot your modem or gateway: Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 2 minutes and then plug it back in.

Note: Router reset will wipe out all of your customized settings. Router username and password will be reset to factory default values as shown on the router label. Personalized Wi-Fi settings will be deleted, including the Wi-Fi name and password you created.

Register for an online account

Register now! To register your account, you will need the following information: Main telephone number. An Online Registration Code provided to you by AT&T.

Go to your myAT&T Profile and sign in with the ID you want to use as your primary account. Scroll to Account settings and select Linked accounts. Choose Link another account. Select the service you want to link and then choose Continue.

If you do not remember your AT&T online account management User ID, try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page. Select the User ID option, enter your main telephone number, select the Continue button, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your User ID.
