If you believe you have been billed in error for the Services, please notify us within 60 days of the billing date by contacting Customer Service (1-800-321-2000). AT&T will not issue refunds or credits after the expiration of this 60-day period, except where required by law or regulation.

AT&T requests that Qwest change this procedure so that the call is intercepted when the customer enters their TN, and the customer should hear a branded message to the AT&T 1-800 repair number (800-288-2747).
