@VerizonSupport I’m having problems because I’m paying for one line on my cellphone, so far as I know, on Verizon Prepaid, but another line, on which I get no service, is interfering with it, and I see data about Visible, which I haven’t had for months. Tnx.

@I_am_AVi_Ma I love Verizon Fios. I’ve had the service 2.5 years now and I’ve only had one outage that was caused by a severe thunderstorm. My cable bill is relatively low compared to Spectrum and Xfinity. I’ve never had an issue with the cable.

as pay bill, pay history, cancel payment etc. Also, why remove useful functions payment breakdown. Can someone explain why Verizon gets away with charging consumers in advance for services not yet used. We should be rewarded for allowing them to use our money interest free.

@VerizonSupport I’ve had a terrible customer service experience with my attempt to use the Verizon Protect plan that I’ve been paying for months. A long story but when I was promised a call by a supervisor, I was never contacted. I’ve learned that Verizon’s insurance is a scam.

@VerizonSupport I just spent 2 hours on an online chat with 2 different people. Not even sure they were real people. Neither could figure out what is going on with my service. Now I’m getting charged $99 dollars for a tech to come to my house tomorrow. Not today. I am not pleased.

@VerizonSupport iPhone 13 Pro; reception is poor in my home and neighborhood/ around Alexandria Virginia. In DC it’s full bars though. Home has many windows and wood construction, so shouldn’t be a problem. I’m just surprised that we have poor reception living in a major metro. Thx for reply!

@verizonfiosI learned that in my records I have 2 different accounts for Verizon. Could they look up the status of these accounts and confirm (or not) ownership?No can do. The agent said they do not have that basic capability. What the hell?!Did I just get a bad agent?

@PrivacyHQ You have a big problem. Cards generated through your system no longer work with Verizon payment system online. I tried 4 cards mobile and fios payments all fail, last year was no problem. I had to create new card and now nothing works.
