Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a driven Remote Property Listing Coordinator to join our team. Your main responsibility will involve overseeing property listings across various rental platforms, aligning with our focus on property enhancements and renovations.
Responsibilities
Curate and manage property listings on platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist.
Craft compelling property descriptions and upload high-quality images to captivate potential tenants.
Responsively address inquiries from prospective tenants and arrange property viewings promptly.
Assist with administrative duties to bolster our property management team as necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a related position is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in rental listing platforms and basic computer literacy.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous.
